DESIGN CONSULTATIONS AND SERVICES OUTSIDE OF LISTED ITEMS AT AN HOURLY RATE

All packages include the following services:

  • Secure the event date on calendar to avoid conflicts (extra charge for holidays)

  • Discuss decisions about table linens, flowers, menu, decorations, favors, music and activities

  • Assist sending the completed Save the Dates or Invitations for the event upon request

  • Discuss and prepare event timeline and manage guests through event activities

  • Organize and manage separate vendors contracted with the event host prior to and during the event, including catering, entertainment, photographers, transportation, etc.

  • Assist with reserving hotel room blocks for out of town guests, upon request

  • Assist event host with guest list and budget to ensure that venue accommodations can be met

  • Prepare floorplan or layout and discuss vendor prep areas

  • Confirm all reservations 4 weeks prior to event and confirm RSVPs with guests

  • Walk through venue with event host 3 weeks prior to event to review details

  • Meeting with Vendors to review timeline, floorplan and expectations 2 weeks prior to the event

  • Assist with choosing theme, décor, venue, gifts, and activities

  • Assist with menu and beverage service decision, planning and sourcing

  • Arrival 3 hours prior to event at location–total work day up to 10 hours (additional hours $80/hr)

  • Assist gathering personal items and gifts at the end of the event and handing to point person

  • Set up/Breakdown at the event

 

Rehearsal Dinner Party Only – additional service of presenting information on details and timeline and then practicing ‘day of’ expectations with the Wedding Party
