An Initial Consultation (up to one hour) is included with every package. This meeting is used to discuss your vision in detail, including your event goals, style, preferences, expectations, colors, ideas, and budget to determine which services are right for you!  Review and completion of detailed Profile Questionnaire  Map out the theme and vision of ceremony and reception  Discuss budget and timeline  Overview of style direction and vision  Discussion on family dynamics and special accommodations  Review Events by Sunshine & Sweet T services & packages  Contract review and payment options
